Online Tax-Exempt Account
Apply for an online tax-exempt account to shop on our web store.
  • Proof of tax-exempt status is required for the state where the product is being shipped.
  • Once approved and notified via email, you may make tax-exempt purchases on behalf of the organizations online. The tax will be deducted directly at the time of purchase.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal and other online payment methods.
  • Tax exemption is only available for accounts based in the United States and some EU countries as listed below(Switzerland, Norway, and Germany excluded).
Purchase Order (PO)
Create a Purchase Order and receive a prepayment invoice.
  • Advance payment must be received before a purchase order is shipped and fulfilled.
  • Accepted payment methods: ACH transfer, Wire transfer.
  • Additional requests (e.g. tax exemption) will be manually reviewed in 3-5 business days and we will send you the final prepayment invoice via email.
