How to Optimize Your Printing

Based on the properties of PETG HF, it’s strongly recommended to consider the following tips to realize best performance:

1. PETG HF must be dried before use to achieve optimal print quality.

Drying Condition:
Blast Drying Oven: 65 °C, 8h
X1 Series Heatbed: 75 - 85 °C, 12h

2. Other Settings

Build Plate & Bed Temperature: Smooth PEI Plate (60 - 80 °C); Textured PEI Plate (60 - 80 °C)
Printing Speed: < 300 mm/s
Nozzle Temperature: 230 - 260 ℃
Part Cooling Fan: 0 - 80%
