How to Optimize Your Printing

1. Drying Condition:

Blast Drying Oven: 50 °C, 8h
X1 Series Heatbed: 60 - 70 °C, 12h

2. Build Plate & Bed Temperature:

Cool Plate (35 - 55 °C)
Smooth PEI Plate (55-65 °C)
Textured PEI Plate (55-65 °C)

3. Printing Speed: < 300 mm/s

4. Nozzle Temperature: 190 - 230 ℃

5. Part Cooling Fan: 50 - 100%

6. Annealing: 50 - 60 ℃, 6 - 12 hours
