How to Optimize Your Printing

Based on the properties of TPU 95A HF, it’s strongly recommended to consider the following tips to realize best performance:

1. Dry Your Filament

Due to high moisture absorption rate of TPU 95A HF, it's strongly recommended to dry it to prevent poor layer adhesion.
Drying Condition:
Blast Drying Oven: 70 °C, 8h
X1 Series Heatbed: 80 - 90 °C, 12h

2. Slow Down the Printing Speed

The speed should be no more than 80 mm/s to minimize the possibility of clogging and realize ideal printing results.

3. Use Brim

Adding a brim can significantly reduce warping by increasing the adhesion surface area.

4. Use a hardened steel or stainless steel nozzle to avoid nozzle abrasion.

5. Seal with desiccant to prevent moisture and achieve ideal printing results.

6. Other Settings

Build Plate & Bed Temperature:
Smooth PEI Plate (30-45 °C); Textured PEI Plate (30-45 °C)
Nozzle Temperature: 220 - 240 ℃
Part Cooling Fan: 50 - 100%
